Microsoft Office 2010 is greedy, but it is not fair when drive user crazy. Also, the full featured access to pdf is a plus - but this is in 2007. My Office 2010 was set to "Automatic Update, my "Home & Student Office" Package wasn't included Outlook, but after I installed the package, at the Shutdown time, window7 keep issueing "Update Error" every time.  When I bought Microsoft Office  I had the same problem, all I had to do was call a certian number, type in the key and the problem went away.Outlook 2010, like almost everything else, has lessened the quality of it's service Look deeply into the Microsoft outlook 2010 messes, I have found that it tried to update the Microsoft Office 2007 app. which was not available, that why error raise. Also, I've had an absence of crashes - with complicated documents and spreadsheets - which used to crash on Office 2007
